About us

Our Vision

Our vision is to bring more embodiment back into the world, creating a movement that brings the human back into focus. In a time that is very fast-paced, that calls for routines without involving the body, that puts mind over body knowledge, we strive to restore the connection between body, mind and emotions.

Embodiment means more to us than just physical presence. It is a holistic approach that invites us to dwell more consciously in our own being. By cultivating this ability, we open the door to deeper self-awareness and, through that, empathy for others.

Our training aims to help us remember a time when our body was still a part of us and now to mindfully integrate this great tool, along with our mind, into our daily lives and relationships. we promote mindfulness in all our interactions. As we better understand ourselves, we are also better able to recognize the needs and feelings of our clients and patients around us. This leads to more respectful, empathetic, and successful companionship with our counterparts.

We believe that embodiment can help us bridge interpersonal gaps. This fosters a sense of connection – with ourselves, our fellow human beings, and the world around us
